Global Biodata Coalition

The Global Biodata Coalition (GBC) aims to stabilise and ensure sustainable financial support for the global biodata infrastructure and in particular to identify for prioritized long-term support a set of Global Core Data Resources that are crucial for sustaining the broader biodata infrastructure.

The Research Council of Norway and ELIXIR Norway are actively engaged in this work and our Head of Node, Professor Inge Jonassen, is represented on the interim steering board.
